1. Agreement
By enrolling in the Phemenaturals Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of service.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
2.1 As a Phemenaturals affiliate, you are responsible for promoting our products using your unique affiliate link or code through various marketing channels.
2.2 You must not engage in any form of spamming, unethical marketing practices, or misleading promotions.
2.3 Affiliates are required to disclose their affiliate relationship when promoting Phemenaturals products.
3. Commissions
3.1 Commissions will be calculated on every successful or completed order placed through your affiliate link.
3.2 If an order is deemed unsuccessful, returned, rejected, or cancelled, the associated commission will be cancelled.
3.3 Phemenaturals reserves the right to modify commission rates at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes in commission rates.

4. Payment
4.1 Payments will be made on a monthly basis, provided the affiliate has reached the minimum payment threshold.
4.2 Payments will be made via the chosen payment method in the affiliate account.
5. Termination
Phemenaturals reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account found to be in violation of these terms of service or engaging in fraudulent activities. In such cases, any outstanding commissions will be forfeited.
6. Changes to Terms
Phemenaturals reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes and are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Phemenaturals will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in connection with the affiliate program.
8. Governing Law
These terms of service are governed by and construed by the laws of California, and any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.
