Long time customer here, years and years, literally ordering every single month. I had one issue a couple of years ago where a bag was ripped during shipping. After contacting you guys, you quickly replaced the damaged product just as quickly as I could have ordered another. It’s little things like how that damaged package was handled that make a permanent impression.
I just wanted to say thank you, for being outstanding. You guys don’t bother me with marketing crap, the only emails I get from you have great discounts. Customer service is outstanding, product is ALWAYS consistent, your price haven’t gone up much and it is very clear you guys keep it fair which is much appreciated as I have already single-handedly given you guys thousands of dollars in sales, referred many people, given great reviews, and will still gladly continue to do business with you every month.
So again, I just wanted to thank you for doing such a great job and hope you have a good day!
